Location Based Reminders

Live Vana’s unique application helps the user to set up reminders on the web and user gets an automatic alert once he reaches location of his choice

The application uses the below parameters to optimize the frequency of location polling:

• The distance of user from target location.
• The movement status of user – moving / static.

User can set up reminders not only for a particular date and time but he can even add a particular location for the same by either viewing on the map or by using the selected location

What more? The application sends an automatic reminder to the user in case he reaches in the vicinity of the place

The reminders are in the form of USSD or SMS alerts .The unique geofencing feature allows the user to create a geofence around the location to be targeted.
